1988 Majestic Trawler
EXCEPTIONAL EXTERIOR PAINT JOB JUST COMPLETED 10/21
This is a difficult boat to categorize as it covers many of the descriptors one contemplates when calling a boat a "Passagemaker", or "Trawler" or "Motoryacht". This Majestic 46 is all three. As stoutly constructed as boats with the Passagemaker moniker, as fuel efficient as miserly trawlers at soft cruising speeds, and as comfortable and voluminous as any of the competitive motoryachts.
Majestic yachts was a pre-cursor to the more familiar Hampton Yacht family of vessels which are known to this day as among the most aspirational vessels afloat. If you look at them you immediately recognize the Majestic DNA.
The owner reluctantly offers her for sale due to a large project he has underway in his field of marine electrical and systems engineering. He is looking to pass the baton onto someone who will take the boat to even greater heights and give her the sea time she longs for.

Cocpkit:
The transom of this vessel has been customized with a more accessible and modern entryway. A stylish swim platform leads to a large opening with stylish custom stainless steel gates. The cockpit is a nice gathering spot as well as convenient for aft line handling duties. Steps to side decks make for convenient line handling duties. There is a storage center in the cockpit that houses a sink and refrigerator.
Flybridge:
The flybridge is covered with a full enclosure and is accessed with a staircase from the cockpit. It's size allows for plenty of seating behind the well equipped helm. There is a L-shaped settee for guests underway. To starboard is a hatch door to allow access directly the the pilothouse below. Further aft on the flybridge deck is the dinghy davit and cradle with rigid bottom inflatable Avon and large Magma barbecue grill. A hatch aft leads down stairs to the cockpit deck.
Salon:
The salon is a warm and comfortable gathering place. The salon sole is a warm hardwood that would be welcome in any home. Custom blinds are another recent addition. It is equal parts cozy and practical with abundant custom cabinetry and storage, large windows for view and light, and seating fit for your family and best friends. The salon couch converts to a berth if your passengers fill the three staterooms below.
Galley:
Just forward and to port is the large and well equipped galley. Equipped with a brand new Norcold full sized dual voltage refrigerator. Other amenities include a 2 burner electric cooktop, new stainless steel wine cooler, microwave oven and double stainless steel sink.
Pilothouse:
At forward end of the salon to starboard are a few steps up to the raised bridge pilothouse deck. Captain Kirk has nothing on you as you masterfully and safely maneuver your vessel with the assistance of a plethora of systems and electronics (see following sections). The helm chair is the purview of the Captain - but right behind is a comfortable mezzanine style pilothouse berth for supporters of the helmsman or back seat drivers. There is abundant storage in this bench. Convenient access to sidedecks and foredeck is afforded by port and starboard sliding doors.
VIP Cabin:
The VIP cabin is to port in the main corridor and has a full size berth and is a comfortable retreat for your most important guests or crew.
Guest Cabin:
The guest cabin to starboard has a pair of generous bunks and provides a private cabin for your extended family or crew.

The master stateroom is in the bow and sports a queen sized centerline island berth. There are drawers and cabinets around the perimeter of the stateroom with abundant storage. There are two opening portlights and a hatch above for ventilation when the weather cooperates.
